Uh oh! iOS doesn’t support multiple sizes in signatures, so until they do just set your signature to #mobile

We have copied the code to your clipboard, now We have highlighted the signature. Copy (CMD+C) and paste (CMD+V) into desired mail client signature settings.

Send a test email to yourself to check it’s worked, and that you didn’t spell your name wrong… Noone wants to be that person!

Please ensure that you use Safari or Firefox to set up your Gmail signature as there is a known bug in Chrome that adds an unwanted underline to the link.

In the menu toolbar click on Settings (cog icon).
Scroll down to Signature and click on the radio button below No Signature.
Paste in what was copied or what you copied to your clipboard Signatures tab, by either: right click > paste, or pressing CMD+V.
Underneath the Signature section, make sure 'Insert this signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it.’ is ticked.
Scroll to the bottom and press Save Changes.
You’re ready to rock and roll!
